A non refundable deposit or full payment must be made to secure booking prior to tour. All prices are in Australian currency (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST).

Tours are subject to availability.

Passengers must arrive at pick up points 5 mins prior to departure time.  Chillout Travel can’t wait for late passengers as it will delay the tour for everyone.  This impacts greatly on the tour for the rest of the day by making the tour late at all the wineries and resulting in a rushed experience for the passengers.  The wineries can refuse tour groups if late as they will have other on time bookings to attend to.

Cancellations will be refunded 50% of total price. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded. Reduced numbers in group bookings will not be refunded.

Scoopon vouchers once booked can’t be cancelled and swapped for another date. Scoopon voucher cancellations will not be refunded.  Scoopon vouchers expire 25 May 2011 and can’t be redeemed after this date.

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary and use other tour providers if necessary.

We accept no responsibility or liability for damage, loss, injury, delays or other problems whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly on a Chillout Travel tour.

Chillout Travel or the wineries will not accept intoxicated behaviour.  State & Federal drinking laws apply.

We accept Visa/Mastercard @ 2.9% credit card charge.

We accept Electronic Fund Transfer Payments (EFT) at no charge.
